Here's another tech tip for @Ask_Spectrum/@GetSpectrum (apart from being upfront about outages and overcharging/underdelivering): spend less time rewriting your TV apps and more time on your infrastructure stability. Smart TV apps don't mean anything if the internet is out.

@Ask_Spectrum Why? We've called and been told that "we're just a customer and wouldn't understand" your outages. Why can't you be up front and give ETAs and preemptive service outage notifications if you have to take an outage like any other company that cares about their customers?

@tehwhitfit @Ask_Spectrum I work from home too (in IT with work to do right now), and they hit us with their typical no-ETA "planned outage." $250 a month for constant total outages and no ETAs. We were told that we're "just a customer and wouldn't understand their outages" last time we called.

I work from home in IT, and I'm on-call. If a major incident happens, I'll have to drive over an hour to go into the office. **** @Ask_Spectrum and @GetSpectrum. We're up to $260 a month with way too many random outages. I'm ashamed that you all call yourselves STL-based.

@Ask_Spectrum Why do I need to call every month about my bill. Why does my bill keep changing. Why when I get off a 2 hour call after speaking with 7 or 8 different ppl o still have the same issue. Why is the customer service process this frustrating. #spectrumserviceistrash

@chiproytx Something you can do for us to is ask the Govenor to put a hold on the TWC overpayment repayment plan to help eleviate some of the burden of inflation on texans.

@GovAbbott Gov. One thing you can do right now to help millions of Texans is put a hold on the TWC overpayment pay back program to eleviate some of the inflation burden.

@Ask_Spectrum DM-ed you. However these outages have become twice a weekly issue. We have long stretches during business hours with no electricity. Seriously Spectrum has become so unreliable
