Caroline is now an elite district manager at ADP, a human resources service. She first joined the office as an associate district manager in March 2019 and later became a district manager in June 2022.

Besides, Jim’s daughter is also a project manager at The Calling Wine, in Greater Los Angeles Area. She has been with the company since Feb 2018.

Prior to that, Nantz worked for several other companies including CBS Television Studios as a production assistant (Sept 2016 to Sept 2017) and NBCUniversal Media, LLC as an access Hollywood live intern for four months.

She also was an ntern at CBS News for three months in 2015. She got involved in various tasks at the network, including collecting news articles, accompanying producers on different shoots, and more.

As for her school, Jim’s first-born daughter went to Staples High School in 2009 and completed her high school diploma in 2012.

Caroline Nantz’s Parents Had a Troubled Marriage

She was bornon 29th April 1994, in Westport, Connecticut to Jim Nantz and his ex-wife, Ann-Lorraine Carlsen Nantz. Her mom and dad were high school sweethearts who got married on 16th April 1983, in New Jersey. However, their marriage ended in divorce after 24 years of their nuptial in 2009.

As per reports, their marriage had been struggling for years before they got separated. Although Nantz’s lawyer said their separation was “amicable,” they had a bitter divorce settlement. The court ordered Caroline’s father Jim to pay his ex-wife $916,000 per annum in alimony and child support.

The child support ended when his daughter turned 24.

She seems to have a cordial relationship with both her father and mother. Back on 3rd April 2023, Caroline accompanied her father Jim to watch a video called “One Shining Moment” after an NCAA Tournament national final game between San Diego State and Connecticut at NRG Stadium.

The same day, Nantz also announced his retirement from his role as an announcer for college basketball on CBS after 32 years. He was spotted arm-in-arm with his oldest daughter and also said,

Caroline got married to her long-time boyfriend, Andy Delaney on 2nd Sept 2023, at the Christ & Holy Trinity Episcopal Church, an Episcopal church in Westport, Connecticut. Before the wedding, the guests were staying at Delamar Southport and Residence Inn Norwalk.

After their nuptial, their reception took place at the hotel, The Inn at Longshore, in Westport, CT. A day after their nuptial, Caroline and her husband Andy also organized a “Wedding After Party” at Colony Grill, CT’s best pizza. They have been leading a happy marital life ever since.

Before their marriage, they dated for a long time. For the first time, Nantz made her relationship public with her then-boyfriend in April 2017 on her Facebook. She posted a photo of themselves from Malibu, CA, at the time.

What Does Caroline’s Husband Do?

Her hubby, Andy is a strike fighter pilot. Over time, Nantz has posted a number of photos of her military partner on her Facebook. In October 2017, the two also attended the Strike Fighter Ball 2017 event held in Fresno, California.
