The TLC star told Us exclusively that she went through a major transformation "not only physically, but emotionally," after undergoing multiple surgeries that resulted in a 90-pound weight loss. "There's benefits behind doing it for myself because it also benefits the grandkids being around me longer and [Michael] and I being together longer," she explained in March 2021. "I did it for myself to stay alive ... and [to] benefit the ones I love."

"I'm known as the filter queen. So recently I actually got Dysport, which is the same as Botox, and lip injections. It was a 50th birthday gift to myself," the Georgia native revealed during the season 8 tell-all episode in April 2021. "I used to have the really strong lines right here [in between my eyes] and the forehead lines and they are almost completely gone, so I'm gonna keep doing that. ... I got a mini tummy tuck. I had all of that extra skin from where I'd lost weight removed, and then I had the micro-laser liposuction. It's a lot less invasive than regular liposuction. It was amazing. I'm down two pant sizes, but once it’s all done with, it'll be a lot more."

The reality personality admitted to having a nose job — and didn't want to hear any criticism for it. "I don’t see nothing wrong with that. If somebody [doesn't] like something on themselves, change it. Yes, you need to love yourself the way you are. But if you can’t accept something, it’s OK to change it. We are living in 2021, and if you wanna do something, do it. And I had an issue, like, my nose is [a] potato. So let me do something to that," she said during the April 2021 season 8 tell-all. "Four years ago, I was doing my lips too. And again, how I say, there is nothing wrong to do with surgery if you don’t like something and accept it on yourself. I was not accepting myself when I looked in the mirror, and I had to fix the situation."

The Brazil native underwent multiple procedures, including a nose job, liposuction and breast and butt augmentations. “I lose weight. I did butt to make it bigger. I did Botox. I did my nose. I did my lips. I did my cheekbones. I did my chin,” she admitted during a June 2020 episode of 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? “I am a new woman and I feel very happy.”

The TLC personality opened up abouthaving a “botched” tummy tuck in a candid July 2022 Instagram post.

“When I got abdominoplasty, My belly button was removed and disposed without my consent,” she alleged in a social media upload at the time, sharing photos of her scars. “I did 3 very painful revisions to create a belly button. Unfortunately, it was never fixed.

Though she attempted fibroblast treatments and other remedies, Larissa said it “isn’t possible” to rebuild her navel.

The TV personality confirmed she had a breast augmentation and rhinoplasty, which her estranged husband, Jorge Nava, helped pay for. She shared her implant size during a July 2018 Instagram Story Q&A, writing: “400 cc anatomically shaped moderate projection Natrelle style 410 got them done in Russia so sharing dr is pointless.”

Flores’ ex-husband, Jonathan Rivera, paid for her breast augmentation, which she underwent in her native Mexico. He fired back at her in February 2019 after she had nonsurgical rhinoplasty. “I don’t know how she’s paying for it, but it’s damn sure not my money,” he wrote via Instagram.

Mayfield revealed in August 2018 that she had a breast augmentation and surgery on her lip. “I did my boobs way before I came to the USA, and I regret it as I have big boobs before and now that I’m pregnant my genetics are popping out more,” she wrote via Instagram, adding that she “fixed only one side of my upper lip that was uneven.”

The reality star married Russ Mayfield in October 2013. The couple welcomed son Axel in January 2019.
